JoinCircle.ca collects information you provide when creating an account or reserving an event, such as your name, email address, phone number, ticket choices and payment status.
We use account and registration information to provide tickets, manage event attendance, communicate event details, administer offers, prevent misuse and operate the service.
When online payments are enabled, card processing is handled by the configured payment provider. JoinCircle should not store full payment-card numbers in its own database.
Authorized organizers may access registration information needed to run an event, verify tickets and communicate important event information.
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Retention periods should be reviewed as the business grows.
You may contact JoinCircle to request access to or correction of your account information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
